This is my second time leasing from Plaza Auto leasing. And both times I had a wonderful experience. I had Elie this time around. He kept me up to date with the inventory. Informed me my choices in vehicles and also In pricing. He was very informative. But the customer service was the part that had me rolling in again. Elie was accommodating and very friendly. Just took delivery on a new 2018 Civic. Elie Furst and PAL were a pleasure to deal with. They were highly recommended and so I figured why not see how they do, as compared with the other local dealers. But I kept getting the runaround from the others. Nobody would give me the information I wanted about the car I wanted. In contrast, when I spoke with Elie, he immediately took care of getting me exactly what I wanted, when I wanted. No games, no stories. Just all professional. He gave me a fair price, and we quickly made the deal. Very smooth throughout the entire process. We did it all over the phone and via email. I could not believe it how easy it all went, which was a pleasant surprise. They took care of all the paperwork. The car was delivered to my home one day early!, and they even took my old leased car back for me, which was one less thing for me to arrange separately. Overall, I had an excellent experience. Highly recommended! Oh, and I very much enjoy driving my new Aegean Blue Civic too!

I just leased a car for the first time in my life. Aron Hertz was amazing to work with. He was extremely patient with me throughout the whole process. Even when a different dealer tried to lure me away with better prices which turned out to be a lie he still stayed in touch with me and gave me advice the entire time. I would definitely recommend using Aaron to anyone looking to lease a car. Also, want to give a shout out to Chris who delivered the car to my house. He was super friendly and spent time showing me how to use all the knobs and buttons in my new car. Overall I had a very pleasant experience with Plaza and would use them again if they are willing to deal with me again!

We spoke with Aron, and he was great! He was very informative as to the details of the vehicle and the lease, and he worked hard to try to get us the best deal. Aron was very honest about the differences in vehicles as we were doing our research between different leasing companies. Definitely recommend giving Aron a call before you sign on your next lease.

Very impressed with Yehuda. He goes above and beyond with customer service. From helping return my old car to getting the new one - everything is handled for you. I simply had to sign on the dotted line. Completely stress free. Next car is up in a few months and looking forward to what I am sure will be another great experience.
