PLS Check Cashers

I was having a hard time getting a check cashed for a couple days. I went to this branch and the wonderful Ms. JJ did everything she could to get my check cashed, and she did! She didn’t know it at the time but the check was to help pay my rent and I’ll be forever grateful for her. Thank you.

Pls as a Business has went down. The first few days of the month. Only two people working. The line is back to the doors. No checks can be cashed over 500. No quarters too buy. Rounding up money too a dollar. I thought this is a check cashing and pay your bill center. Management?

This pls and the one near Pendleton pike talks about insurance but they can only do it once a week. JUST TAKE INSURANCE OFF THE BANNER ON YOUR STORE SINCE THE PERSONS ONLY THERE FOR A FEW HOURS ON MONDAYS AND ONLY AT THIS PLS

I spoke with Michelle over the phone and she also helped me when I came inside the facility. She had great customer service and was very polite.

They got the best service out there and they short manager Cynthia she is amazing and does her job perfectly well ….

Long waits and unprofessional employees. Would not recommend.

The clerk was very disrespectful and rude I feel like she needs to cut her long nails because I know that was she was doing wrong typing with nails on. As a worker I think that you should be more respectful to your customers. Never again will I go to any pls I recommend ace the best bank they gave us our check and the pls said it was fake then how did we show up on there computer . I love you ace the are way better then pls!!!

Tameka T. Went above and beyond to help me with my first paycheck from a new job. It was late at night I had just got off work at a new job. At first she was unsure if she was going to be able to cash the check because I had not cashed one from here before. But instead of just leaving it at that she went that extra step to call her manager and find out if it could be cashed or not. Turns out she was able to cash the check without a problem. Thank you Tamika you did an excellent job sorry to the manager for having to wake her up. You need more employees like her they go the extra mile.
