PLS Check Cashing

I had a wonderful experience to beautiful girls, Adriana, and Shaniqne they were wonderful and taught me how to send money much easier. Thank you.

I have been to this location for a 1 year now and I have never had such an awful experience for a simple money order. I was very clear with the amount I was asking for with the first attendant, but she made a mistake on the amount. I clarified that the amount she has given me is incorrect and she left her station like she gave up. Literally! Then a second attendant had to take over and make a new money order which was great for me. But when she gave me the money order I was still owed changed. I asked the second attendant for my change and she literally told me that she’s losing out on fixing the mistake from the first attendant. But this was not my problem. She berated me stating that I shouldn’t worry about some small change. Unprofessional! Update: “Response from the owner” explained to submit the information through email which I did and after a week….no response. “Because you deserve better” shouldn’t be their motto anymore lol

Better than most of these types of places. Need to edit here, I went here a few weeks ago and there was no AC on for customers in the middle of a heatwave. Unacceptable imo. I know most of these places DO HAVE working AC but unfortunately too many choose not to put them on for customers . When I entered the facility about 7:30amAUG 1, 2022 it was humid beyond all get out, there was a person ahead of me so between waiting for him to finish and conducting my buisness it took about 20mins. I was literally soaked with sweat and was having trouble breathing. Again UNACCEPTABLE.. PLEASE turn on your AC for customers in the summer!!!!

This facility is open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, including all holidays -- "PLS Check Cashers" is open on Christmas day and any other major holiday. Sometimes, the line can be a bit long, but where is it not in this type of business. The line is usually long after work hours, approximately from 4pm to 8pm. You can also run into a lengthy line during the weekend. There isn't a similar business with the huge variety of services provided by "PLS Check Cashing" close by geographically. "PLS Check Cashing" provides check-cashing, bill payment services, money orders, fax & copying services, and myriad of other services required in today's tech. world. Again, they are open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week, something you will not find anywhere nearly close to this location I've lived in Bay Ridge for 31 years, so I'm very familiar with the type of businesses we have here and their locations. Staff is always nice, courteous and very knowledgeable. Staff always offer their convenient services like direct deposit, ATM services, automatic bill paying, and other convenient services to the clients they encounter, and who may be in need of these services but are not aware of what this extremely convenient financial institution franchise provides. There are many "PLS Check Cashing" locations throughout NYC. The atmosphere is very professional and clean. A huge flat screen which announces and shows the different services this facility provides hangs above as soon as you enter. A very easy to read and understand chart with extremely useful information hangs on the wall for everyone to see. Recent additions in 2022: °°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°°° There is a device/machine which can evaluate your unneeded mobile device and determine its price. If you agree with the price offered, you can submit your mobile device right then and there and receive the agreed price in cash from this machine instantaneously -- this futuristic machine makes the process fully automated and very easy to use staff will provide help if required. I find this device very convenient for quick cash in your pocket right away for a mobile device you no longer need. The entire process takes minutes. Very cool. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ There is also a device/machine which accepts US coins of any increment pennies, nickles, dimes, quarters, coin dollars and gives out paper cash -- if you have 300 pennies and 10 dimes for example, you can get $4 US dollars after dropping these pennies & dimes inside this machine, which sorts your coins automatically. Great for people with lots of change, as the bank will not do this exchange for you unless you incase your coins into bank-provided wrapping paper manually. Plus, your pennies, dimes and quarters for example must be sorted and divided manually if you wish to go to a bank to do this. Great for people with lots of loose change. Time to break that 'piggy bank.' Very cool. </end>

Very rude costumes service I m the at 10:20 pm to send money , one of the girls she told me the system is down after I waiting for 10 minutes . I left and I send my friend right away and he sanded the money for me . I can believe I’m in shock Very very bad it’s rude I try to call the manager no answer

It is a wonderful place one of the best and fastest attention I have received, the employees are very friendly and a good atmosphere I really like doing my processes in this place.

No ac only 2 workers with 22 Costomer very slow service . Inside there spot they have a good heat but costomer area 100 degree

This place is always clean and the workers are really friendly. They have good customer service especially the manager Emmanuel he is always working hard to resolve any issues and has helped me so much. He always goes out of his way to make sure i leave the store satisfied, he definitely deserves recognition. Thank you guys for everything you its much appreciated!
