I had an issue with a $560 refund on a returned pump. It was seven weeks in the process. I called and spoke with Shawn and told him my issue and felt like it was taking too long. He patiently listened and promised to refund my money within two business days. Shawn kept his word, and I really appreciate people you can trust. It's hard to find businesses who will just do right by their customers. He made a customer for life by it.

Web site says they are open at 7am. I make my way down there before work and it’s open. But no one is there to help me. “Show room folks don’t really open until 8” is what I was told. No one there could help me. What a joke of a business if this is how they act.

They've got just about anything you need. Staff is very friendly.

I love plumber supply they always have what you need if they don't they always find a way to get it quickly and I am never disappointed with their pricing great people to work with in any project any size project

Large variety of innovative products not available in the larger big-box retails. Top tier products you'll pay more, but there's more uniqueness for your home, and staff is very knowledgeable. Well worth the drive downtown!

Lools like good selection of product. Got there a little late and did not get to fully look. Web site said closes at 5, lady in showroom told us 4.

I was in from out of town the past two days to help a relative with health issues finish a bathroom up. He had purchased a faucet a few months ago that was incompatible with the vanity we were installing not the fault of Plumbers Supply, but Alicia, his salesperson, took care of things for me this morning and got us the right faucet from their stock without any hassle. Their bathroom is now functional again and I can’t tell you have much I appreciate her prompt attention this morning. Thanks Alicia!

My biggest issue with this place is , parking sucks, and the time it takes for you to get your parts you need. Employees have to go back in a huge Warehouse to get your parts. The plus side of this is, it is a huge Warehouse! They literally have everything under the sun there. If they don't have it they can make it. The staff is extremely helpful and it seems they go out of their way to really help you out. This might not be the go-to place if you're in a huge hurry. If you have a few extra minutes to spare and you don't mind walking a block to the store I would recommend going here.
