Bought 2 water heater hoses, the were too short, it was my mistake. Tried to exchange them for longer hoses. The guy at the counter was a complete Jerk, he claimed the hose was used and cannot be returned. You can get better customer service from a tow yard. If you can’t get it at Home Depot do yourself a favor go to Winnelson for Ferguson, don’t waste your time here. 9/12/20 See attached image of unsellable water heater hose. I hope that counter guy could find a some Type of happiness in life. Please teach your children not to do drugs, or they can end up working the counter at PWO plumbing supply.

I called this store all the way from San Jose I search of material that I need to complete my project due to a shortage. I arranged a date and time with all the material I needed and I got called by the manager and they told me they don’t want to sell me products, they want it for their “customers”. I was driving all the way from nor cal to so cal after arranging this. Thanks, from potential future “customer?”
