I came into the store earlier today, only to round the corner to the desk, where an employee was being cussed out by another employee, no holds barred. From one professional to another, there is absolutely no excuse for any employee to ever cuss out another employee, especially in the presence of potential customers. Highly offended, I left without making a purchase. Never again will I, or my husbands business, ever do business with this company. Unprofessional, absolutely unacceptable. We would never speak to an employee like this or ever allow any of our employees to speak to one another in such a way. Lost our business, get control. Would have given zero stars.
