Hands down best bank I’ve ever used . Prior to them I had used 5/3 rd , Liberty.... They are always on top of it, friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their customers. High quality service.

As soon as I walked in was I greeted by Kyle Zeller, branch sales and service associate. He was polite and very professional. I had my new virtual wallet account opened in 25 minutes and I couldn't have asked for a better experience in this bank. The clerks were also very welcoming and I'm sure I'll be coming here often. Thank you.
I sometimes will go out of my way just to come to this branch. The bank manager Sam Rassi makes me feel like family every time Im there and I notice how well the whole staff treats their members. Small town banking feel that I absolutely love.
What terrible service at this branch. After sitting at the drive thru for several minutes and ringing the “call” button twice, I finally went inside to an empty bank only to be met with a half dozen excuses about everyone being “too busy” to assist at the drive thru window. Perhaps, you should consider turning off the green OPEN sign.
I ask about international wire transfer , the young guy in personal banking said it can be done with my online account, no need for go branch,but when call PNC, they said it should be done in Branch ONLY!
