PNC Bank

This is the best bank that I have been to they're so helpful with my Grandma and me. This is my grandma's Bank for 60 are more years,and the Bank that I am going to go with for the rest of my life. so if you really want nice people and a nice Bank I suggest to switch to PNC

The wait was long, but the sweet lady with the bun in her hair I didn’t catch her name! impressed me! She maintained her professionalism even when there was a long wait and people were getting annoyed. Before she went on her break, she made sure to tell the other tellers how long I had been waiting and that I needed to be helped. Very impressed!

Rude. All I can say. Just down right unhelpful and rude. Wont be returning to bank there ever. Literally held my money hostage because a woman working there didn't know how to do her job. Ended with me closing my account and the manager being extremely sorry. Sucks because he was so kind and ready tried. Your tellers suck at least the older females do .

I can’t stand this location no one wants to work every time I call they can’t help and they send me to customer service for help.... aren’t you customer service? Shouldn’t I be able to call the branch half mile away from my home to get local customer service. There lazy all the tellers are. Business banking is ok. But I wouldn’t stop by this branch or call them for simple questions. I honestly don’t even want to bank with them but there everywhere in Louisville.

Mrs.Donna said that I was rude and ungrateful and when I thanked her for her time she said she did not want my thank you. I feel disrespected and offended I will be contacting hr.

I had a phone interaction just asking questions regaurding a deposit I was going to be making. I was told "seems like you don't know how to manage your funds." She never took my information for her to see the status of my account. She proceeded to belittle me and questioned me several times about my check. Please do something about the poor service and lack of common decency.

Great customer service. I prefer this location, it very rarely has a line. And the ladies behind the counter have always been very helpful when ever I visit this branch

This location was very crowded at the time that I went. There was also some sort of dispute happening as well because there was a cop there dealing with someone. It was also very oddly designed both inside and the parking lot. The saving factor was that the teller was somewhat nice.

They are charging me overdraft fees for a withdrawal I did not authorize and when I deposit a check it took 48 hours to show up when I’ve had other banks in the past show up immediately. PNC is the WORST bank.

I have recently had to schedule appointments to go inside to take care of my banking needs and everyone has been so nice and made it easy to do business with.
