PNC Bank at Brewers Hill, is everything a bank should be.They are professional, kind, and right in my neighborhood. I opened up a business account today with the Branch Manager Cynthia Stafford. She was a true professional from start to finish. Cynthia was so welcoming and kind she made me feel like a very important person. Cynthia took care of all my needs, she's a very good listener and pays attention to details. Cynthia even went out of her way and made a phone interview with a financial adviser when i was there. Wow!! Amazing customer service! I'm looking forward to banking with Cynthia and PNC for many years to come. If you're looking for a very professional friendly bank. This is the one!

I had a wonderful experience working with Ms Trena she really was nice and informative and she had an helpful spirit about her. Nice lady at the brewester Hill branch.
The two females working slowly inside were not friendly towards me. They were more concerned about getting information on where to buy a dog from a lady in a Petco t-shirt. I won't do business inside this branch again and will make a corporate complaint. Do better. **PS Samantha the branch manager addressed my concerns immediately and encouraged me to stop back and introduce myself which I intend to do. ***Please direct concerns directly to the branch manager as she does not regularly interact with Google reviews***

They do not take ownership for things that they screw up. I went in there in November to get a replacement card because I lost my card and at the same time I was going through a dispute process because $500 was taken off of my card for something that I never got. I went in on my lunch break and talked with Morgan. She printed me out a new card then she told me that she could fax my paperwork over for the dispute and to not worry about it. She got up and went to the back and told me everything was faxed, then she took my paper, never gave me any copies or confirmation number then she tried to force me into signing up for a PNC credit card for about 30 mins. I told her that I’m not really interested and I already have a credit card but she kept giving me reasons why I should get one.... Fast forward 3 months later it is February I wake up to a credit reversal of $500. I call PNC and they tell me it is because they never received the paper work for the dispute that Morgan was supposed to had faxed now I’m out of $500 and have to do the process again. I call the branch the next business day and speak with Manager Lucinda spell check and explain to her what happens. She put me on hold and told me that she could not find the paperwork. Which is unprofessional At this point I’m annoyed. She never apologized or sympathized at all. She just kept saying “I can call customer service and see if they could resend the paperwork to me and we can send it back”... at this point I’m thinking if that’s all you can do for me and all you can say, I can do that on my own.
Treated me horribly. Had me running around for two days in a row in inclement weather just to ultimately turn me down for a simple notary. They even had the nerve to intimidate another branch into not helping me. I ultimately went to a branch that helped me without any problem. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I also called about 3 other locations just to see if they required all the things that this person said I needed for a notary. They ALL said NOPE, just your letter and ID. I filed a complaint of discriminatory treatment. Apparently this particular person is known to treat “CERTAIN” people bad. And I found this information out by several reliable sources. However I won’t say who, or what the sources are because I don’t want to jeopardize anyone
I needed to withdraw $3k. After waiting 30 minutes with 2 kids, I was told they could only dispense 2k as they are short on cash. Do yourself a favor and avoid this bank
Trena Carter is an Amazing banker follow her everywhere she goes to work.
Waited over thirty minutes to deposit a check that I couldn’t do via the app because of the amount. Absolutely ridiculous customer service and wait times here.
