Make you sign into a queue, there is no such thing. They cater to older people and White people despite you being there first. Just play the “ I didn’t know” card and you will be help ASAP….

Are you in a hurry? Need to use this branches services quickly? DO NOT COME HERE THIS PLACE IS A JOKE. Without fail always a line always understaffed.

Rude women in offices! They don’t greet with a smile and they shout out your account information! I’ve been with PNC since I was 8. I’m now 37. Definitely switching banks with the lack of professionalism at PNC banks!

They never on time, only one girl in the window every time I come, the rest of the staff doing nothing important

I called and asked what the branch close, I would like to access safe box, branch representative said " it open until the branch close!" Then I asked again, so what time today? She said again "it open as long as branch open" What a worst service! Lucky I didn't get hire from PNc

Hands down the worst teller service in any bank I've ever been in. Expect to wait 15 to 20 mins for a simple deposit. There will be a long line with 1 teller n other employees just sitting around staring at you.
