Manuale was absolutely amazing. A law firm had wrote me a check that they owed me.The law firm also banked with PNC. Yet and still it was a hold on the check and no one seemed to know why or could fix it. I was transferred to Manuale I hope I’m spelling his name correctly He listen to me and dug deeper and was able to one get my funds released and two reassured me that I had made the right decision by banking with PNC. I had a lot of things going on that day and could not afford me not having the funds I needed. I wish all people would go above and beyond such as he did! I expressed to him how he really changed my day by simply doing his job at his full potential. It’s so easy to push the problem on someone else but I appreciate the fact that he personally figured things out and rectified the situation. Thank you Manuale! You are appreciated!
They were very professional and courteous. A good place to do business .
PNC is the worst bank ever. They charge you an additional $3.00 on ATM fees plus the ATM fee. Their ATMs offer immediate release of funds, charge you a fee and does not release your funds. I talked to Tiffany Griffin yesterday on the phone they admitted their ATM was malfunctioned and proceeded to ask me for the ATM information as if I worked for PNC. She asked me a series of tests to release my funds. I was asked who I needed to pay! I was also asked to screenshot my receipt. I told her I did not have to tell her who I nneded to pay. That infirmation is my personal business. I also asked if she could find the transaction every transaction I make PNC should know. She asked me if I could read her the small receipt I ovtained from the ATM. I hung up and my funds were released two days later after I selected immediate release of funds. PNC treats customers like a transaction they pend and post tranactions instead of releasing funds. They will overdraft you for their refundable A5M fees. However, I never paid overdraft fees. Always speak to a manager not Tiffany Griffin! As long as you pay the money you overdraft they will remove the fees, trust me! Their locatin on Bel Air Road will not give you a receipt if you make a deposit or withdrawal! You also have to have two proofs of ID if you don't have your ATM card!
Onyebuchi Ebereonwu was my financial consultant at the Overlea PNC Bank. I currently have a business account with PNC, and worked with a great financial consultant, who was able to pull all of my documents and get my account setup. Today, I went to another branch with the hopes of opening up a business account. However, I was met with aggression and hostility from Onyebuchi Ebereonwu. Everything was going routine, until he couldn't find my business documents, state side. I told him that I pulled the documents yesterday and I would go home and pull the document and come back. That is when Onyebuchi got mad! He got really mad. He told me that I was acting like he didn't know how to do his job, and he also said that he does this for people all the time. I told him, that I'm the customer and he shouldn't be yelling or arguing with me. He then got even more angry, and aggressive. I got my paperwork and I left his office. He then proceeded to follow me out of his office, and then he got in my face and proceeded to yell at me. He did all of this because he thought I was calling him stupid because he couldn't find my documents. Anyhow, the reason he couldn't find the documents was because the state is doing routine maintenance. I read it, obviously he didn't. I'm not sure why PNC bank employs people who treats their customers aggressively but he made me feel very threatened. Will not be back there. Women beware of Onyebuchi Ebereonwu, he is aggressive and very disrespectful. UPDATE: Still have not received an update as to why Onyebuchi Ebereonwu was allowed to aggressively get in my face and yell at me at the Overlea Branch in Maryland without consequence. I was never contacted by a manager. Corporate took my complaint and never called me back to follow-up. As I was leaving he followed me and got into my face aggressively to intimidate me. I’m not sure why anyone is allowed to be treated like that at your place of business. Never have I been so disrespected at a place of business. Can you imagine a cashier getting up from a chair, walking around the counter, so they can get in your face in yell, as you are leaving? Its disappointing to know that PNC chooses to treat women and minorities with so much disrespect.
I wish I could give zero stars this branch is the worst. The dumbest set up you have to wait 20 minutes or more to do a simple deposit or withdrawal. They try to make it as if they're giving some personal feel with banking but it comes across as slow, unnecessary, and deceitful . This branch has made me want to close my account. Unnecessary 2nd form of ID checks. And if you complain the staff makes it seem as if your checks have complications or problems with your ID to waste more of your time. Usuallyits 2 employees who cant help you with anything but a seat. .
It's been closed forever. They need to open up to there clients so we can do business. Please do something about this. I don't have a car and I'm disabled so I would have to get someone to ride me to an open Bank.
Today Date 9/21/21 Kendall called my phone and ask how was everything with account and I told what I needed he said he was going to call me back and never did 8/15/19 Transfer funds from personal account to business account security guard will not let my nephew use the restroom and Kendall was no help at all but another lady came in she was okay to use the restroom
Every time I'm at this bank there is an issue. Multiple times I've been there and they are closed for some random reason. The atms are often out of service. It's a disappointing PNC Branch
The best PNC branch in baltimore area, nice, gentle, and very friendly customer service if they allow me more than 5 Stars I would give them more
This place sucks.. the tellers are never there and they tell you to sit and wait.. I’m on my lunch break and I have to wait 15 minuets to make a withdrawal??? Not once, but regularly.
