PNC Bank

As part of closing their drive through tellers, your forced to walk in, be greeted upon entry, escorted to either an office or if your lucky, a teller, for even the simplest transaction. It’s like walking into an appliance store or car dealership. We go to the Great Neck branch at every opportunity.

I hate pnc I don't know why bbva switched but I'm closing this account asap

Terrible customer service. Nicole was misleading on what she needed when I was working on getting a loan. She then told me I misrepresented my income and that my commissions are not included on my w-2’s. Which they are. Then outright lied about returning my calls. Terrible way to do business.

Customer service is awful!!! Had a extremely horrible, embarrassing experience at the Aragona location; I will be escalating my call up to corporate if I have to !!!

Very welcoming..and the teller named Aaron always goes out of his way to make sure I'm satisfied..good guy.I hope I get I'm next time..thank him again

This branch has gone down in customer service. I’ve banked with PNC for 5 years and wouldn’t recommend this Bank to anyone after today. Disappointed with the bank.

Love this bank and the employees at this branch. All are friendly, helpful and very professional.
