Service was great! Fish was fresh and portions were large. No extra cost for avocado : Shoyu sauce was good.
Man, I'm truly sad I don't have a higher review. Food quality was pretty good. The portion size wasn't bad. But the flavor was just not nearly as good as I've come to expect. I think some of it was thrown off by the very, very warm rice. The rice was super bland, but more importantly it's the only poke place I've ever eaten at with warm rice. It did not sit well with the chilled fish in my opinion. Toppings weren't as generous of flavorful as some. I recently visited one of their nearby competitors and unfortunately I have to say that I'll be headed to the other place instead next time for sure. If you've had a truly great poke bowl, you know that it's one of the best meals you can buy including meals that cost 10 times as much. This just wasn't that. The atmosphere in the store was SUPER loud too. Needs something to absorb noise volume. Great curb appeal and location though. Overall, it may be worth a try, but not the best. Of you do go, get the Spicy Aoli Ahi - best thing they had going for them hands down and not terribly spicy either, in spite of the jalapenos.
This place is legit! I'm from Hawaii and am impressed by the freshness of this poke. The owner says she makes the cucumber kimchee side homemade. My favorites were the spicy shoyu sauce with ahi chunks and the hibiscus tea.
Wonderful place, has fresh seafood and veggies with friendly staff
I have been here multiple times in the past few weeks and can't get enough of It! The quality of their fish is phenomenal and their flavors compliment one another wonderfully. I personally think their pricing is better than other poke restaurants, as they do not tack on as many additional charges for things like avocado, etc. Absolutely worth it to stop by and try, especially if you're a fish/poke fan!
They got a really good deal on poke bowls. 1 scoop is only $6.95 and all the toppings toy can get. Their sauce is pretty tasty too. It's kinda hard to see the sign when driving and the parking lot is small, so make sure you have your GPS on. I passed the parking lot and ended up parking on the next lot. I would recommend if you're nearby.
I enjoyed my first visit at Poke' Catcher. The sushi was impressive and all the fish looked fresh with generous scoops of poke. It caught my eye with a few different sides like pineapple. The restaurant is very clean and the design has a cozy feeling.
I love this place. Great choices, fresh and well priced. I've come here almost everyday of the week.
Nice little place. Friendly service and make your bowl exactly how you want it. Extra dressing on the rice - Sure. Lots of sesame seeds - No problem. I stop here often for a healthy lunch!
If you like Asian and gluten free, come here. I have had their teriyaki chicken bowl three times, and I had to poke bowl today, and at all has been for my Mom. They're very friendly, it's very clean and professional, and a very good price
