Good poké bowls and decent options for the money! Sign up for the Snackpass! Definitely worth the discount. Ingredients are usually very fresh and good quality. Serving is abundant and ready pretty quickly! For those who aren't familiar with Poké bowls just think more along the lines of deconstructed sushi with better options you can't put in a roll. Poke Salad regular outdated and not fresh and the wavy hair came out of the salad. It was very unpleasant.
Stopped with my kids today, the Hawaiian bowl added mango was incredible. They accommodated my kids request to cool down the soup, by putting it in the freezer for a bit. Gave my kids extra utensils to play with. Was an awesome crew! Wish I had a photo but I snorfed it down
This place went downhill very fast. I used to buy from here constantly. The last three times were the worst so I suggest going to a different location. The past two times the rice was awful. I’m not sure how you mess up rice at a poke place but it was mush and over cooked or hard and chewy, no in between. Tonight when I ordered I basically just paid for rice since there was literally almost nothing on it, they forgot some of my ingredients, and it made me sick to top it all off. I hope they can improve in the future.
What a poor representation of the Pokemoto brand. I had an issue with my order in which I spent $60. I spoke to Marlyn the manager and she proceeded to argue with me, hang up the phone on me and was more concerned with her power trip than assisting me with my issue. There’s no customer service at this location. I feel corporate should be swiftly intervening here, as store has such a disgusting service level and they scraped the bottom of the barrel to employee their so called leadership staff. Don’t go here, it’s awful.
My bowl was awesome. The best poke spot in Ct. The service was quick and excellent. The young man that made my bowl was so informative and helpful. Great place to eat.
You get greeted as soon as you walk in. Friendly staff. The place is clean. Great service. Really enjoyed my bowl. Vegetarian options: A gd place for vegan.
Not a great experience so far. I ordered on uber eats and they sent me raw salmon instead of the chicken that I asked for. I called for them to fix it and told me to call uber eats. I know it's a separate service but it's a flaw in POKEMOTOS SERVICE not the uber driver he did not cook it. I'm not gonna make uber eats give me a refund and possibly penalize that poor driver for not doing anything wrong. That's the raw salmon up there yuck.
Great food experience. The variety of ingredients mixed to make an awesome poke bowl. Fish tasted great, sauces were good without being overpowering.
Loved it. Really amazing also the offer they have of 50% is amazing. We got 2 large bowls for 18$ with tip.
