I was leaving Kroger and just happened to see Poke Cafe. I decided to grab a quick lunch. I've never been here or had anything like this before. I'm glad I ate here. Nice staff and good menu. If you get the rice instead of the salad, this will definitely fill you up. I had the Poke Cafe classic over sushi rice. So delicious! I will definitely be back.

My wife and I love Poke, and are so thankful this place opened. Food is fresh and flavorful. Almost any selection is healthy and with ample portions to fill you up. I really enjoy the spicy fish choices in my rice poke bowl. They also offer some canned soft drinks from the islands....or at least with Hawaiian flare, that are pretty tasty!
Fantastic place but hard to describe. Think Subway but with sushi ingredients, mixed in a bowl. They do have cooked ingredients if the raw fish is a no go for you. My husband is a sushi lover and was hesitant until his first bite. My youngest child doesn’t like sushi but she loved picking her own ingredients, and ate all of her food! That’s huge for a 7yo! Visit soon and often, this is a Benton/Bryant treat!
I was diverted here from my original lunch plans, and it was the best change of plans ever. Delicious sort of deconstructed sushi bowls. A good price for lunch, and I left full but not stuffed.
Poke pronounced “Poh-Kay” is such a great type of cuisine and Poke Cafe has brought it to the Benton/Bryant area perfectly!
The food is delicious and the service is excellent however not everyone likes Christian music while they eat so I probably won't eat my food there again, I'll just take it to go.
Lots of options for both raw and cooked proteins. Very fresh and yummy. Also has a salad base option. Great service.
I am very impressed! At first i wasn't real sure because i have never had this style of food. I will be back!
The Moes of Sushi. Get the chicken paradise and add extra crab, spicy mayo, massago, roasted garlic, and crispy onions. Delicious
