If you are look for a new toy than this is the place they have an amazing selection of water crafts and land crafts. If you want to be "the Jones's " or that guy Mark who has all the cool stuff then you need to go here.
I bought a new Can Am Defender, sales experience was ok, and called to get a price on a set of fender extensions. Even though I bought a $24k machine from them they wouldn’t even match an on line price that included free shipping. Their price was $60 more. They do not care about the customer or repeat business. Do not go there, go to a dealer that cares about the customer. I will not do business with them again.
Loaded up and ready to get to work. From sales to finance to pick up it was great experience! The store is clean and the people were professional. We weren't oversold and we left with exactly what we needed.
Freaking amazing people! Shoutout to Chris, Eric, Kevin, Leigh and Doug! They are awesome to work with! I would highly highly recommend doing business with them!
I bought the new Victory Octane today. It's a fast bike and looks great. They let me take it for a spin last week and I took some time to think it over. The whole transaction took about 45 min it's probably longer if you need financing including the paperwork, a tour of the facility, a meeting with the service manager, and a stop at the parts department where they sold me a deeply discounted and attractive Victory mesh jacket. They have a lot of other toys in there, I just need build back up the savings and I'll go back for more. If you want an awesome, easy going, and knowledgeable salesman talk to Chris.
The worst business experience I have ever had in my entire life. I know when you read this, it sounds like a cliche but trust me, it is not. I had a fairly large order, more than 30k in goods from Polaris. It took the sales guy 2+ moths to send me a complete invoice and I went to their shop 3 times in person. When we passed the 3 month mark and I still didn't have a detailed invoice, I called the manager and explained the situation. He was short with me and rude and said he doesn't need/want my business. All for one detailed invoice! I am still trying to figure out what happened, how did we go from "can you PLEASE send me a detailed invoice with everything I am getting" to "it's fine, we don't need your business". They are busy, I understand, but if you are so busy that you don't need 30k I'm guessing you are a bit lazy too. I don't recommend this shop at all.
Went there an placed an order for a Polaris paid 500 deposit and the sales guy did not explain that it was non refundable, they refused to give me my money back watch out with your deposit because they will not refund it as they should have explained to me in the first place but of course they will brush it off as if it was on me but be careful with these guys Update- I went to hillsboro motors and rick was awesome! Bought a can am turbo r and a turbo rr with smart shocks definitely would recommend hillsboro
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Charged me $600 for a diagnostic on an unrepairable issue. We recently took our quad into the service department for a diagnostic/motor issue, 2 days later we get a call that we need new shocks. Wait...shocks!! We brought it in for an issue for the motor. What's the diagnostic!? Diagnostic hadn't been done, yet they did a full service, oil change, spark plus, ect... recommended brakes, shocks and starting unit. Charging us $600...Mind you , they did not address the motor issue which it had been brought in for, which was clearly written and communicated to the front desk girl who checked the quad in. Next day, we get a call that the issue cannot be fixed because the part is no longer available older quad understandable. Now we have still broken quad with no repair and $600 bill. When we picked up the quad I firmly stated I would not pay $600 for a diagnostic. I did NOT approve a full service on a broken bike. I was met with frustration and was told to wait while the front desk associate asked what she could do. Thirty minutes went by while I waited. Another associate, a really nice gentleman tried to help as he could see I had been waiting for quite awhile, then the owner and front desk associate met me in the lobby. I was asked the story which was my third time explaining it, and met with disrespect telling me I had no clue what I was talking about and treated like a child. They tried to bully me into paying the bill even though they both knew it was ethically wrong. One asoocate stomped out after I demanded respect. The owner was a cool guy with $$$ above his head who talked down to me as if I was little girl who could be bullied. I paid my bill, took my bike and promised him I'd write his company a review. All this to say, be your own advocate, question if something doesn't seem fair or right. Save yourself the annoyance and go to Mt.Hood Polaris.
Went here today to buy a Can Am, had the cash, 3 salesman there, one of the salesman was busy doing paperwork....the other two did not seem to care to help me so I left and ate lunch and came back for the second time and still no salesman interested in asking if they could help me. I think I will take my cash to another dealer that wants to sell me something. Update---' went to Paulsons Motorsports in Lacy,Wa the Salesmen and Staff were amazing!!!! Left with 2 brand new Can Ams!!!!
Dave and Kevin were great to us. They got our UTV ordered exactly how we want it. They were very up front and honest. We will be glad to come back!
