Kerlin always does such an amazing job with dip powder and it lasts longer than any other manicure I've ever had! This particular visit, I was blown away by the entire staff though, including Mel and Maria who helped me fix a broken toenail. It was not originally scheduled, but they made the time to help me! I was so relieved and impressed especially because I have my engagement photoshoot this weekend so my nails are very important to me!Services: Manicure

Was there for the first time. Massage was not so bad as manicure. The lady was so lazy and she was chewing gum all the time. The 'best' manicure in my life

Although the atmosphere and the workers were nice, Polish does not get 5 stars due to my manicure chipping and peeling in under a 24 hour period. After I got the gel manicure, it started to peel by the next morning. I went back to get it fixed which they did not mind doing but I didn’t even make it back home without another nail peeling. Hours later, the same nail I got fixed ended up chipping again! I ended up being able to peel the gel off without a struggle which I shouldn’t be able to do. If I decide to go back, it would only be for a pedicure; that service was great.

Linda did them so pretty just like i wanted and she gave me a nice massage that took most of the crick out of my neck. Im from CA and came to BK 1st time for my bday. I am very satisfied!! Best prices as well!

this place is so disappointing… I walked in here with my friend and we both got SNS two weeks 50$ supposed to last 2weeks later my nails are completely peeling off I’ve gone in three times to get fill-ins for the broken nails instead of suggesting giving me a discount we’re doing it all over again they just decided to use a different color completely I literally never write reviews and it’s bad enough that I am.

I got acrylic nails and they charged me $55 but due to the fact that I got different colors it was $58...I don’t like the fact that some of my nails are lumpy. There manners are not that great..they moved my friend out the way when they needed to get a nail color then when they needed flip flops they aggressively moved our legs. Overall this place is not that great so yea My nail just came off after 4 hours with them I want to go back to the store and get my money back

At first I was going to come back because I thought their work was good. First my gel polish which I paid a pretty penny started to chip 3 days in. Second I was using the bathroom and my nail straight popped off. This is the worst nail job ever. All the years I been getting my nails done this has never happened. I will never get gel polish again the quality is horrible. I always get gel because it usually last longer. My nails lasted a week , I definitely will not be coming back here again.

I got a pedicure and even upgraded to a more expensive one. They put me in a pedicure chair that had a broken massager in it. The massaging part was sticking into the lower middle of my back and was extremely uncomfortable. I asked to be moved to a different chair and she said the other open one was broken too. I told my nail technician that they should have told me first before sitting me I. A broken chair. She gave me a pillow and that did not feel much better. I won’t go back. They should have given me the option to wait for a working chair and been honest in the first place.
