Absolutely wonderful service from a family owned and operated business. They were incredibly easy to work with setting up my dryer vent cleaning - working around my busy schedule and over text, so communication was excellent! They arrived in masks so appreciated during these times and kindly showed me how they were accessing and cleaning the vents so I could understand the process. Even got photos and video texted to me right after! So professional, fast and personable. Highly, highly recommend and will use them again. Thanks for everything!
We called Pollard yesterday, and they came out this morning. He did an extremely thorough, meticulous job on our dryer duct and bathroom exhaust fan -- he even took apart the fan's motor to fix a mechanical issue. What a pleasure to find a service that goes above and beyond, for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Fabulous service! Needed a dryer vent replaced & hooked up. John is expert, he is a professional. Great business practices ... provided a video to show the hook up since it is in a very tight space & he put his business sticker on the dryer. He understood my need, assessed the situation especially for safety & completed the job efficiently. I will call John again & recommend him to my family, friends & community.
Placed a call to John Pollard to schedule gutter cleaning after reading very good reviews. I was lucky enough to get an appointment right away, and after talking to John not only did he perform gutter cleaning but I also received dryer vent cleaning. Both services were performed efficiently and professionally. John was diligent in cleaning up all debris on my property, as well as my neighbors on both sides. I have absolutely no complaints and will definitely use this business again and again!
Excellent service, reasonable rates and he's the nicest guy. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He came out and cleaned out my dryer vents. Cleaned the area around the dryer and left it in a cleaner condition than before he arrived. If you need your vents or gutters serviced, I HIGHLY recommend.
It was the best experience I’ve ever had for gutter cleaning, and John and team took care of our dryer vent too. John was kind, courteous, and a pleasure to meet. Pricing was very fair. We’ll definitely be using Pollard’s again and we look forward to the next visit.
John was super communicative and got the job done easily! Our dryer is on the second floor in a tight space in a Philly rowhome and he and his daughter figured it out no problem. Highly recommend!
