Ponderosa Paint Center

We’ve been in here at least 4 times in the last few months and Lolly has truly guided us in our color selection. The other staff are nice and helpful too. You can get samples of the paint to try out at home.

Yesterday, I went to this location with paint I had has used but had purchased at a different BM store a week prior. I sought consultation because, of the two gallons I purchased, one was not performing as well as the other, was a different consistency, as well, but was the same line Regal Select, and I had already had it remade once by the store where I originally bought it. The staff listened to what I was experiencing, suggested a possible cause, but took both cans to test them and confirmed that the one can was performing just as I had indicated but they didn't know why. Even so, they remade the gallon of paint at no cost to me, even though I had purchased it elsewhere. I have bought paint from them in the past and will continue to do so. They are great!

Matt and Greg have been fantastic. We have been painting our entire house during our remodel and have been in here countless times. They have been super friendly and helpful and have fantastic customer service. I would highly recommend buying your paint and/or supplies here.

Everyone here is so knowledgeable and friendly. They have been so helpful and informative - so much better than the paint departments at big box stores.

Full run of Benjamin Moore paints. Ordering ahead and pick up is fast and easy. If you need more time or help with a decision, they have some distractions for your kids.

An excellent experience every time I go. I'm able to ask them any question I can think of about paint and they give me straightforward, intelligent answers every time.

Very good customer service but it's a bummer that they can't provide samples of all Benjamin Moore colors, only the colors that they have chips for.
