Pooch Hotel

After a poor experience during the check in process alone at Petsmart, the first step into Pooch was so much better. The lobby was quiet and spacious, and the receptionist was friendly and understanding. The staff all seemed professional and well trained to handle animals, rather than making fast movements around a stressed out animal without an introduction. I came back to pick up my dog and was happy to hear he was well behaved. A little expensive, but comparing service that is less expensive I’ll pay for the quality.

Jennifer and her team have been nothing short of fantastic! Excellent place to leave your dogs! Can't say enough good things about the facility and the entire staff. We were able to see our pups on the webcams playing with other dogs while we were on vacation which gave us peace of mind they were in good hands. So thankful I found a great place that really does care about your pets. Highly recommend!

I just recently boarded my 3 pups for 4 days and I must say, I was very impressed with Pooch Hotel and their flexibility in scheduling me. I scheduled them 1 day in advance due to an emergency and the staff was so helpful and understanding. My pups require extra attention due to their timidness and non-social behavior so to see them at my return as happy as can be was a delight. The staff is friendly, experiences and unafraid of what you may bring their way. I am definitely coming back!

The staff are very friendly and attentive, and all are obvious dog lovers. They write down detailed instructions on feeding, etc, at drop off, and allow you to bring your dog's bed and other personal items. On our most recent visit my dog started having digestive issues, and they called to alert me, and then gave daily updates until we were able to come get her. I appreciated the information, it wasn't just "come get your dog." They were concerned and wanted me to know so we could decide what actions to take. Love that you can see your pooch on the day care cam, love that they separate large dogs from small, in play areas are large and clean, and I also LOVED the email updates "from my dog" with photos attached. So cute!

The staff here is absolutely top notch. We’ve been taking our puppy here since he was about 3 months old, and he is obsessed with going to daycare every day. We’re always greeted at the front desk and everyone is genuinely excited to see our puppy. They’ve also gone above and beyond accommodating for his boarding and daycare needs multiple times. Can’t recommend this place enough!

Pooch staff members are very friendly and they really seem to care about each individual guest and their owners. They are flexible with late pick up times which is helpful for those who work late. Their webcams are always working I've experienced other pet daycare facilities where they were often malfunctioned. I will definitely be bringing my pup back again soon.

The staff takes great care of dogs. They are all dog lovers. I have been taking my dog here a little over a year as well and he loves it. I know they check vaccines because, like any good daycare, they tell you when the vaccine is due and the dog cannot come back for at least a week. I forget the exact time frame. My dog has never had kennel cough and he has never been mistreated. Every day he is very excited to go to daycare.

Pooch Hotel staff did a great job! We trial tested leaving our rescue dogs at Pooch Hotel for a better part of a day in their day care program. Both dogs came back happy with "report cards" showing how they did in a group setting. We plan on trial boarding the dogs overnight in the very near future but expect it to go smoothly.

I absolutely love the Pooch Hotel. Recently I boarded my two dogs there and they both came home happy and safe. My big dog is a fussy eater, and one of the staff actually Hand Fed him! I was able to watch them in their room and also in the play areas via web cam and saw a very clean environment all the time. I also saw happy relaxed dogs socializing and having a good time together. And you can drop off at any time 24/7 - how convenient that is because I was flying out in the morning and returning late at night. So I was able to pick my dogs up at 12:30 a.m.!!! I am a very particular kind of pet owner, and I honestly feel that I can recommend the Pooch Hotel with absolutely no reservations.

I've been bringing my dogs to Pooch Hotel for the past 7 years. They are great. I've used their daycare, boarding and grooming services, all of which are solid. They know my dogs by name.Always feel comfortable with the friendly staff knowing my boys Sid & Sunny will be well taken care off. I love Jen . She takes care off my boys like own and my boys love her too.
