These guys are fantastic. They have been taking care of my salt water pool weekly for 6-7 months and I am a very happy customer. My pool was in rough shape when I hired them and they got everything back in order very quickly. They are very responsive to any questions I have and there are no hidden costs. Also, they show up every week. This sounds easy but I have hired pool maintenance companies in the past they bill me for weekly service but don't come every week... If there are issues with my pool, the tech sends me a picture and verifies I'm ok with the repair. Couldn't be easier! A couple months ago they had to replace my pump. Last week it started acting up and they are replacing the pump at no cost to me. Clearly they stand by their work. What else would you want from a pool service company? A+++
Phil came out to our new home for the “pool school” as I’m a new pool owner. Showed me how to clean the filter and took apart and fixed our pool vacuum that was assembled incorrectly. He was very knowledgeable. Leslie’s pool guys previously told us we had to drain our pool this season. Phil tested our water and assured us that everything was fine even though it was green. He gave us basic instructions on how to take care of Arizona pools during the heat. I used to live in CT so I had no clue! After a few days of super shock treatment and cleaning the filter daily, it was crystal clear and blue! I appreciate Phil not taking advantage of the pool draining which we were previously suggested. Saved me hundreds! Best $85 I’ve ever spent.
Terrence and his crew have continuously impressed us with their attention to detail and careful maintenance of our pool. We had a very poor company who never showed up, and still charged us monthly. It was horrible, to the point of our pool turning green. Well my search for a new pool company ended after the second call I made, back in 2016. I spoke with Terrence who was very knowledgeable, affordable, and solution-oriented. Since he's been our go-to for EVERYTHING pool related, we've had a clean pool, friendly service, immediate response to every question, and trust me , I have A LOT, in addition to consistent maintenance. Being worry-free is worth every dollar, and we've even had our pool deck redone from his referral. All around we are ecstatic, and would recommend him to anyone looking for a pool service! Going on 3 years of service with JJJ Pools, and going strong!
We have been using JJJ Pool Service for 5+ years & they are an excellent company to work with. Terrence the owner is very personable & easy to get along with. I have never had any problems with them and if I was out while they came to service the pool & there was a problem they would call me right away to see how to proceed with the repair if necessary. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needed monthly pool service &/or repairs to their pool.
So far so good. We switched from pool man due to bad experience. This company is very helpful, fix repairs at distance cost, and no bogus repairs. Very honest people, our pool looks amazing. With our last pool service, it seemed every month something was breaking, with pool service Gilbert everything is running perfectly. We've had one repair since switching and it was very minor. Definitely recommend!
Love the care and service I get after I switched over to this company. They are very prompt with communication and helpful to fix the issues, not just looking for an excuse to charge you. For example, my pool light wasn't working so I called. Terrence called me within about 5 minutes and had me check the GFCI. Simple reset and the light is working. Sounds small but it saved us both some headaches and expense of the service call. Great Job!
I'll start off by saying that if just the actual pool tech was under review, it would be 5 stars. The man who came out to check out my system and install a new robo-vac was great. He was personable, friendly, a good communicator, and he was patient and took time to go over several things with me since this is my first pool. However the owner/office communication leaves much to be desired. The first issue is that I scheduled an inspection of my system and then never heard back from them on what the issue was. They had no problem charging me, though! I had to call to hear what the verdict was, and I was told it was "fixed." I let them know that I was still having the same issue so it obviously wasn't fixed. They sent out a tech again - and here is where I had a great experience. We decided I needed a vacuum. Here's where the other issue came in - When I made my very first appointment, I was told the $85 service charge would go toward any work done on my pool. I thought $85 was steep, but if it was going to go toward whatever else I needed to pay for, it was worth it. I purchased a vacuum through the owner and it was installed the next day again - amazing service by the tech! However I was charged for the full amount he quoted me. When I asked about the initial service charge, he said that since they came out 3 times and it wasn't a "repair" that I couldn't apply the $85 to my purchase. All in all, if I could hire the tech to come out and help me by himself in the future, I would. Otherwise, I think the lack of communication and false advertising was a disappointment.
