Technician gave me a hard time because the address on my ID did not match the location where service was needed. I had already discussed the situation with their dispatch and they said it was OK. Furthermore, he gave me a very difficult time upon arrival on site claiming that he had asked me if the address on my ID matched the location over the phone. Technician never asked me if the address on my ID matched the location when we spoke over the phone. I had no reason to lie about that and do not understand why he was putting words in my mouth. This was especially frustrating since I specifically discussed my situation with their dispatch KeyMe and they said it would not be a problem.
They came to my place, the technician was friendly but most important the key was programed and working. Dealer wanted $600 for a new key, I order an OEM replacement online and Pop-A-Lock did the rest.... I save almost $300.
I wish I could give 0 stars, I called the emergency road asistance for flat tire and after 2 hours of waiting on a dark rainy highway, no show up, heard from insurance that they cancelled because they couldnt locate me. They could have at least call me and tell me not to wait.
If you live in NJ just wait for NJDot to arrive, they not only assist within the same time frame this company does, but it’s completely FREE! Called for assistance, after waiting 30 mins they cancelled the order leaving my 8 year old, my husband and I stranded. When I called to follow up I was told I’d have to pay an additional $20 to request another work order. $80 to have someone come out and change my tire when other towing companies charge $25.
An employee of the name Kenny Tarver was absolutely unprofessional. I made a request to get a battery jump. And he comes an hour later and gives me attitude, slams my hood, and asks me for gas money for the trip as if I wasted his time. He then proceeds to argue with me and then speeds off in his car. This was at my job and the people that work here saw how he acted and almost got me into trouble, not to mention how embarrassing it was. Absolutely unbelievable and unprofessional.
He was great. The two questions that I said no were not applicable. He was extremely courteous and helpful

Roberto came within half an hour and easily changed my tire. He was kind and polite and even showed me the steps. It was helpful since Audi has a different tire makeup than what I’m used to. Amazing and reliable service!
Although it took 2 hours for them to come to my aid, I am a very patient person in the end Daniel was professional & knowledable. He helped me get my vehicle running smoothly again.Thanks for your hard work Daniel! Focus on the positive end result rather than the long wait time. Keep in mind, long wait times are also due to time of day, staff shortage, and distance the tech is coming from. Good day!
