It's hard for me to give a 5 star review on anything, however, this business definitely deserves one. This is a very honest and fair priced shop with great customer service, which is hard to find. If you need any work done on your vehicle I highly recommend coming here. I plan on coming here for all my vehicle maintenance from now on!

I've had several services done here over the past 2-3 years, and they always do great work with fair prices and honest assessments of what's wrong with my vehicle, what repairs are necessary at the time, and what might or might not be a problem down the road. Just a couple week ago my car failed on my way to work at 6AM; I had it towed to Pope without warning, & they were able to address it within 3 business days. When Nick first thought it might be a problem with the transmission, he offered to give the car a full inspection just to make sure, and to check if there were any other issues that might arise down the road that would make a costly repair like a new/used transmission not worth it. After taking a closer look a few days later, he found it was a completely different, inexpensive issue, and took care of it right away. They did the installation of the Supercharger on my 2015 Mustang. They also installed the lowering springs. Their customer service was excellent! Their price was great and 4 years later the car is still running great with zero issues. I strongly recommend Pope Auto Worx!

I have taken our cars in a few times now. Nothing major just nails in the tires. They were able to patch it up and within the hour I had my car back. My husband's car had parts that needed to be ordered. They came in quickly and the price, very reasonable! I love how honest they run their business and service is always great!! I highly recommend Pope and will continue to use their services!
