Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

When we approached the drive thru and they didn’t have the large container of mac and cheese, my mother and I should’ve left. We ordered 2 small Mac and Cheeses and one Biscuit. The total was slightly over $10! 10 dollars for just that! Now, their food is heavenly, and this was no exception. What we got for 10 dollars is the reason I’m writing this review. The photo show one of the Mac and Cheeses we ordered, which costs around $4. Not full in the slightest. This is not against Popeyes as a franchise, but merely the staff at the time working this location.

Was surprised how the lobby was closed due to staff shortage. When trying to order via drive through, the staff seemed very rush and I did not feel like I can take my time reading the menu. The spicy chicken sandwich is the go to item we ordered every single time. We were disappointed that they no longer carry Cajun rice.

Food is great, service was eh. We went through the drive through and asked for the 20 piece tender family meal, and was told they don't do that and was asked if we were looking at a menu online. It's literally on the drive through menu and told the lady that, but was just told they don't do that. It's one thing if it's not offered anymore, tell us that. Don't try and gaslight us saying you don't do that.

This Popeye’s has the absolute worst service. If you can go to another location, I would. The only reason I’m giving two stars instead of one is because of their food. We LOVE their chicken and their Mac n cheese is simply mouthwatering. Best Mac n cheese ever!! But this is the ONLY reason we keep coming back. Between bad service, teeny tiny chicken pieces, under portioning, and wrong orders…we are fed up!! DO BETTER!!

Every time I go it is excellent customer service, they always have a smile on their faces and are super sweet. The food is always excellent, it does take some time but good food takes time! Popeyes has the best biscuits around and they have the best fried chicken

.47 cents Stopped my $20 order AND they gave swindled me on the sandwich!!! I ordered a sandwich combo, for the side - rice. Then I added two sides - mash & coleslaw. I went to hand her $20, she said $20.47. I was a little surprised at the cost, but looked because I thought I might have change. Also, I come about weekly and never not had enough. They wouldn't let me have it AND I get back to work and find instead of a sandwich, they gave me a strip of chicken between bread! It's like a one piece with bread, so half the bread had no chicken! I always order a chicken sandwich and get the usual patty so I know I'm not wrong. I left with just the sandwich, but not really, side and one large side and drink. Why didn't I get what I ordered?!!! Why stop my first order for $20 over .47 cents?!!!

25 cents for a side to dip my fries in? Are you kidding me? This is the only Popeyes I've ever been to that charges for sauce. So until you stop charging for barbecue sauce, I'll take $5 worth of ketchup and throw it away. They literally gave me an entire bag of ketchup for free. Wouldn't you rather give me 25 cents worth of barbecue sauce?

Manager was rude to me when his new employee got my simple order of 2 of the 3.99 nuggets deal. Charged me for something else completely as I was watching him put my order together I told him it was wrong and what it was supposed to be and he argued with me and told me it was right so.... I left with my order only to have to come back in because it was wrong where he again argued with me. Yeah last time here. Rude!!!

The gentleman at the register was not knowledgeable about how the menu works and was unable to make adjustments as I watched at the customer after me. Food was tasty and fresh although I did ask for dark meat 2piece was a leg and breast as opposed to a thigh.Food: 4/5

Popeyes chicken is simply delicious. Ordered the 5pc voodoo chicken tender combo meal. The tenders were so juicy so flavorful so crispy and a great size per tender. They were fresh out the fryer and I had to give them a couple of minutes to cool down. The voodoo sauce was great and kinda tasted like a Cajun sweet and sour sauce. The Cajun fries are good but the biscuit was oh my. The biscuit was soft and moist with a great butter flavor...Yes please! Side note...This order was made on the Popeyes app that has finally been updated and actually looks and functions properly. 5
