Man o man got my food all was good until I eat my beans and rice. It was so spicy I can't even eat it. Like I never had spicy beans and rice. Don't know who makes it. But be east with the hotness you put in it. Everyone don't eat spicy food. Waste of my money. Ordered from this Utica ave and Flatbush location by accident on the app, BIG, BIG mistake. I ordered a family meal of mild tenders. 3 spicy tender meal separately and an apple pie. The 3 piece was not spicy and included one gross looking tender. The rest of the chicken and fries just tasted stale and dry some tenders had a undesirable texture and the apple pie did not have the brown sugar and cinnamon on it although it seemed relatively fresh. Will not make this mistake again.

I ordered a 4 piece meal which is 1 wing 1 breast 1 drum and 1 leg . I received 1 dry drum 1 dry baby drum and 2 dry legs . This was an Uber eats order I tried to call and they number don’t work. I paid 40 dollars which included the driver tip this is disgusting to treat your customers this way. I will not ever buy from you again . I am very upset and feel robbed.

DONT EAT THEIR NASTY FOOD. I WOULD GIVE THIS LOCATION MINUS 5. THEY MAKE THE POPEYE FRANCHISE LOOK BAD. THEY CONSTANTLY GET ORDERS WRONG. EVENING MANAGERS CUSTOMER SERVICE IS JUST AS BAD AS STAFF.

Only because I can’t give a zero. The staff’s garbage, their manager’s even worse, and every single time I’ve gone there they somehow manage to mess up my order. And last night, they messed up my order three times in a row! I will never go to that Popeye’s again.

The food was not spicy at all, as I requested. All the taste are on the crust. The chicken itself is extremely bland. Also, some pieces were not cooked thoroughly. I have eaten meals from several other Popeye’s locations, and their food is much more satisfying.

I ordered a 4 piece and they gave me the driest oldest chickens they had. They also gave me the smallest and 2 legs when I asked for 1 thigh 1 breast 1 leg 1 wing. Also my wife’s 2 piece was also dried and old chicken that was sitting there for a while. Also the mash potatoes was hard and the biscuits were burnt

I NEVER EVER left a review for popeyes... barely for any restaurant for that matter but i was so dissatisfied with my food, this was the only thing i could think of other than throwing the food in the trash in front of them. HORRIBLE! Chicken was very dry and chewy. Biscuit was a rock. Rice was extremely hot and bland. Tea was halfway decent. Im so applaud that they would sell this. I wasted time and money. That upset me. Negative 3 stars. Smh... AND the girl was on a phone conversation using her earbuds and getting a little impatient with me bc I asked her to repeat something. Smh
