i odered a chicken sanwich copletly discusting they were recooked on oil very nasty taste

I have always received great, fast and friendly service at this location. I always seem to get there when the chicken just finished cooking. Parking: Parking lot is small Wheelchair accessibility: There are wheelchair spots available.

Wow! My receipt clearly says mashed potatoes and I received french fries. I had to wait 10 minutes for my food and it was still wrong. Plus this pandemic made all prices go up so it was more expensive than usual. And forget calling them to complain because they never pick up and have no voice-mail. Go to the linden/ Utica store instead. At least they're nice at least to me when I went that 1 time

Terrible service. Needs new management. And the second ordering speaker needs to be fixedsloppy sandwich barely any chicken won’t be going back

Gut manager is polite but female cashier is rude and ignorant, however manager doesn't seem to mind that she is, or maybe he's just not management material. Either way the food was fresh and on time with the order didn't wait long at all.

Where do l begin? The entire staff needs to be re-trained!The employees come in from outdoors and don’t wash their hands, one of the girls scratched her head the entire time and didn’t wash her hands, lastly, l waited for 20 minutes only to not get what l ordered! Completely incompetent and unprofessional and l will not be returning.

The restaurant was very clean, compared to others in the area. The service was great and the food was good. Parking: The is limited parking, but you have the option to drive thru and park on the street next to the restaurant.

They need a more efficient way or more efficient staff. The linw was ridiculous. I ended up ordering through the app and got my food quicker than the folks who were on the line with me

All I can say is this branch of Popeyes the servers are courteous but my chicken wasn't as crisped the way I like it, but I'll give them a 4

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. LITERALLY THE WORST POPEYES CHAIN YOU COULD POSSIBLY IMAGINE. SEE PHOTOS ATTACHED. THEIR FOOD IS LITERALLY MOLDY AND DISGUSTING. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST POPEYES CHAIN. DO NOT GO HERE EVEN IF THE FOOD WAS FREE. THEIR DISGUSTING FOOD WILL MAKE YOU SICK.
