Why they hired these people? So rude no respect at all. I love Popeyes but never go this place bad bad bad cashier
Management need to remove these lazy staff. After 1 hours of wait and then they say “sorry you have to wait 20 minutes for tenders”.
I asked for my food made fresh and I watched them blatantly give me stale food
One of the worst Popeyes in NYC. Staff here is mad lazy and they don’t even care about the customers. I waited more than an hour.
Very slow Waited on line a long line for 20min and they were just taking their sweet time.
The worst customer service ever the people who work there they are not professional at all and the tall all the time and customers keep coming and they don't help anyone at all and just keep talking, if i was the manager i with fire them right away, very bad customer service here!!
