Staff is always friendly but sometimes the wait can be ridiculous. I once came in for 3 spicy tenders and waited half an hour for them to make fresh ones before just asking for regular tenders instead so I could eat. This wasn't the only time I had to wait a decent amount of time, and I didn't come back for several months as a result. Today however I gave them another chance and they were incredibly fast, and friendly as always. The drink tasted a bit watered down, but other than that everything was perfect. Hopefully they manage to keep wait times down moving forward. Love this place when it all goes smoothly.

Stopped to get some dinner to take home. This place was fantastic as the staff was very friendly and helpful. I asked if the chicken was fresh, he stated yes it was and he was correct it was hot & fresh. Definitely a place I would recommend for takeout to go home.Food: 5/5

One of the worst Popeyes I’ve been to. Fries were served cold. Burger was kinda cold. The drink fountain’s Coca Cola tasted weird and watered down, I think it might be due for a clean. Really surprised that Popeyes corporate hasn’t stepped in and done something. Really tarnishing the Popeyes brand here. Staff was nice and friendly, hence the two stars instead of one.

Found a baby roach in my biscuit. I know it happens, but it's worse when it happens to you directly. Also the fries in one meal were missing. Was refunded for the cost of the roach biscuit and missing fries though, so at least there was resolution.

Long wait times, food may or may not be good, on last visit worker added ice to my frozen lemonade, told me that’s how everyone likes it when I asked why he did it. I couldn’t argue with his confidence so I just took it and drove away, at least it was mostly what I ordered and the sandwich seemed fresh, also included tartar sauce in the bag. I have no idea why, as I didn’t order fish.

It is Tuesday, January 23rd, 727pm. We went for a single classic sandwich with extra pickles for my son. The man at the window was awesome, they looked like they were having fun working, but the SANDWICH. It was freaking awesome! This is how it should be made EVERY TIME. I hope the staff working there tonight get this compliment. They were amazing.

There were EIGHT men working, 3 of whom were just standing around but none of them opened the 2nd register while we waited a long time to order. They wanted to charge me $2 for a water cup! I understand a small charge but that is ridiculous. My daughter ordered Mac and cheese. Once we get the food we sit down and realize we had no utensils. They were out of utensils! Why didn't they tell us that when we ordered?! Was she supposed to eat it like a dog does?? So we had to bring the food home.

I have always had great service at this location and the employees are usually cheerful and chatty while waiting for my order! If you see a drive thru car line wrapped around the building, don't let it worry you. This crew definitely has its hustle mastered, and you wont wait long! I am giving the food 4 out of 5 for selfish reasons, BRING BACK CHICKEN GIZZARDS!!

Didn’t inform me kids meals don’t include a side they include applesauce which they previously would substitute for fries and having my order taken took forever compared to who used to work the window months ago. Got charged for three fries when I only ordered two for the kids meals, paid $30 for 2 kids meals and one adult tender when the kids meals are typically $5 a piece. If I didn’t have to have a million back and forth conversations when the price was much higher than expected I would’ve just gotten one large not paid $6 for two regular sides of fries and another $3 for the one I didn’t even order. I’ve tried to come back after the last couple experiences have been frustrating. Order online and don’t waste your time at the speaker.
