I understand the issue with the pandemic and the issue going on throughout the city with the water. But 45 minutes is kinda long. But at least my food was hot

The food was delicious, but the drive through worker was rude and very unfriendly. I was served by the person working the front counter! She was very nice and made me feel that as a customer, I was appreciated!

Extremely long wait time in the drive-thru. I been sitting more than 15 minutes at the window.

Food is not as good as it used to be. It's just ok. Have you seen the potholes in the drive thru? You can get swallowed up and nobody would find you!

The food was fresh and hot. We had trouble at the drive through. I asked for 4 biscuits. I got one. Was charged for one. Otherwise a polite person at the window.

Very slow,not organized at all. They don't have online pick up areas. Online pick ups have to go through the drive thru. Delivery drivers like Doordash and Uber Eats wait in line for very long time. It stops the driver's to make money delivering food. They need to learn from Chick-fil-A.
