Service is a little slow. Food seems fresh. The biscuits are delicious. Staff was polite and helpful. One thing though, they got my order wrong, but didn't find out until I got home. Problem could have been when, I ordered I was obviously wearing a mask and maybe they didn't hear me correctly.

The chicken tastes very good but the bread was hidden under the chicken and it should be on top. I highly recommend this restaurant. The staff were very friendly and service was very good.

Place is filthy and the staff is beyond rude. There are many better fried chicken places nearby, you don't have to go here.

Food is good but they never have what you want... it seems they run out of food often. But its always hot and good once you're able to adjust your order and expectations.

The popeyes in lackawanna plaza must be the slowest in NJ. Waited 45 minutes for my order. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

There was no one ahead of us including delivery meals but we still waited 10 minutes for the $10 meal for two. Lemonade and Fruit punch dispensers empty so other than water, no other non-carbonated drink option. I wish my kid didn't like their food...Popeye's Macaroni and Cheese does taste good.

this place is a rat-trap with disgusting, disrespectful staff, management, and poor coordination. I genuinely hope this place goes out of business and the owner has to think about what they did wrong.
