I love this place! I go for two hours, as I suffer from extreme back pain due to pinched nerves in the low back and scoliosis and a neck injury.. they are always professional. very soothing. it's very clean. privacy drapes provide comfort. they use hot towels, which feels so good too. music is calm and quiet. I can really relax here. it is the only place I will go to for a massage now. Thank you so much Popoki !!

Absolutely excellent. Professional, clean, caring, easy to understand. I had a 30 min massage and it was exactly what I needed. She asked me about sore spots, injuries etc. I was well draped and I had no issues with the curtains separating other rooms. In fact I couldn’t hear or see who was beside me. My husband waited and they let him sit in the massage chair for free! Of course I happily gave the biggest amount to tip. My masssge lady was perfect. Thank you from NewZealand.

I've been having back, shoulders and arm pain lately and usually go to my usual at pearls, however I discovered this massage place Popoki Massage, WOW is all I can say, very professional and massage is BOMB. I am very satisfied and will come back every Wednesday so I can be pain free!!!!!! Thank jinko yuki sorry for spelling the name wrong lol for the best massage experience ever. Did I mentioned they have stamp cards and kamaaina rate? So awesome!!!!! One happy customer here!!!

Best Experience Ever Very Friendly Very Professional!

Shiatsu massage is good here with lots of Japanese masseuse. They have excellent massage skills and customer service. I definitely love it. Japanese English and some korean speakers.

The therapist was nice and her moves are gentle but get to the point. They also have super high end massage chairs in the lobby for you to test while you are waiting.

Walked in at 8pm on a Friday. Immediate service. Went with the 1/2 hour massage and walked out feeling like a new man. The muscles in my back, neck, and arms felt so relaxed and overall rejuvenated. 5/5 will come back

I tried their massage chair at a trade show at the Blaisdell Expo Hall. I was amazed how much it helped my feet. The attendant was very nice and helpful. I am saving money now to buy the chair.

Best place to take a massage in Honolulu. Awesome customer service. Loved their service.
