Great place, but management does know what they are doing.

Nothing much here, beware of scamsters at night who will rob you. Thieves dressed as Fake police also try to intimidate you to extort money.

Great view towards the statue of liberty.

The condo fee is way too high for no services. Management can be more organized and professional. If you need maintenance there are too many restrictions and people overcharge due to all the inconvenience. I wish I bought somewhere else and this was the biggest mistake of my life.
