Port Milford

They promised to have the boat off the rack on Wednesday and ready for my Thursday pickup. My hauler arrived on Thursday and had to wait for an hour and a half while they removed it from the rack and got it ready for him. They also didn't have the mast with the boat, so he luckily realized this asked them to hunt it down. My hauler of course charged me $50 for his time waiting. I approached Port Milford about offsetting this expense, which I feel was the obvious right thing to do, given that the extra charge was 100% due to them going back on what they promised me. They declined to make it right. This place charges a lot of money for their services. They have a reputation in the community for being just about the most expensive place one can store a boat in the area. And I don't mean I heard one time from one guy. I mean I know a lot of Milford boaters, and I know only one willing to pay their rates. This would be fine, if they didn't also have a reputation for being flaky on things like this. With my brief experience, they confirmed what I had heard around town.

Had work done on a sailboat I was delivering. Very pleased with work. Would use them again.

Bruce and team are professional, easy going, helpful and practical. This is a great marina and they are great to work with.
