We cruised down to the port on a Breakaway cruise tour. Beautiful weather, seen many Dolphins, crew told us all about the ship's being torn apart for scrap metal including the Sarasota aircraft carrier. Also the most powerful tugboat and the most updated oil rig.Ended with a lunch of shrimp, red potatoes, corn on cob and all the drinks you want. Great day!

Lots of remodeling being done, which is nice because it means they pay attention to maintaining their buildings. Very big ships and oil platforms that are awesome to look at but not really available to be fully appreciated by the general public.
