Port of Subs

Horrible. Ordered 4 sandwiches and realized they were all burnt, completely black on the bottom. Called the location and the associate asked if we didn’t want them toasted. I said this is beyond toasted they are completely burnt black. He then goes ummm. Did you want me to do something about it? Then proceeds to not do anything about it. Great customer service, not.

So I tried the meatball sandwich today. Garlic cheese bread amazing. But my meatballs were cold and not enough sauce. I called in to advise them, management apologized and said he will let his employees know. I hope they provide hotter meatballs to others!

Wonderful and kind. Patient and helped accommodate an allergy I have and was very thorough to ensure that my allergen would not have been in contact with my food. This location is awesomely perfect! They helped us plan and arrange to host lunch at school. The pricing was perfect, they made sure delivery was ready on time, also they guided us and provided with all instructions that helped us have our guest enjoy the lunch. Keep it up guys, looking forward to more business. Thanks

I enjoy this sub eatery because they carry capicola, an Italian ham. I love how they slice the meat and cheese for each order. The bread was fresh 4 selections, as well as, the toppings. The small sandwich was actually larger than expected. I enjoyed prompt service. All in all, I had a good experience.

They were out of roast beef. But it wasn't their fault. They made me the second best sandwich on the menu. It kept my tummy from hurting. I will be back.Dine in: YesTakeout: Yes
