Shane Nguyen is the best Real Estate Agent in Vegas. My wife and I used him to buy our home and he was outstanding. He gave us daily emails of houses that fit our criteria that were coming on the market and was always available to show homes even at late hours or weekends. Additionally, since I am a Veteran I was using a VA Loan and he understood the process and how it differs from conventional mortgages. However, the most important thing about Shane is his desire to find you the perfect house. He wasn't just trying to sell a house and move on. He pointed out flaws in the work done at houses, issues with resale of the home, and how the home was surrounded and could be accessed. When we would get emotional about a house and want to make an offer only to change our mind the next day, Shane was patient and kept working to make sure we were happy. TEAMWORK Is important to both parties during the home purchase process. I am the buyer of a home that Shane Nguyen represents the seller on. Our realtor can't give public reviews so I am gladly speaking up. SHANE! This sale is number 9 in my history of real estate transactions. What was your motivation to be so disengaged and disrespectful. Constant repeated requests to you for status updates. Repeated requests for reports. The fact is that you gave false information to us and wrapped it up in excuses. Ultimately I think that you truly were not giving us the truth. Not sure but my interpretation is that you lied on multiple occasions. Re-think your 20+ years in the real estate business as you claim on your website and retake the test and re-qualify as a respectful realtor.

We have been renting a property that is managed by 1st Priority for just under 2 years, they are absolutely horrible with communication. When we first moved in, we were told we would not need gas, a few days after moving in, we are without hot water, they sent out the handyman, and a new water heater is purchased by the owner, still no hot water, low and behold, WE DO NEED GAS AND IT WAS NEVER TURNED ON!!!!! fast forward just after a year of living here, I look through my lease and am unable to find terms for breaking the lease, I email Duc, he advises that to break the lease only written communication within 30 days of intended move out date is required. Fast forward to present day, i send an email about some issues, I am asked when I will be available, I say any time, a month goes by and no response or resolution. I sent my 30 day notice on May 1st advising May 31st will be our last day at the residence, come May 4th I am told that because my lease does not end until July 31st I will either need to pay the remaining 2 months or forfeit my deposit. How is it fair to tell a tenant at one of your properties one thing and then turn around and demand another, we are good tenants, never late with rent, keep the place in good order, better than we found it as previous tenant left crumbs causing insects and underwear in furnished dressers that we had to dispose of. So glad I have found a better realtor and will no longer have to deal with these thiefs!

Nga Diep, a representative of 1st Priority is by far the WORST property manager I have ever encountered. Very shady business practices. I signed lease, but when I took possession of the property, she was out of the country. I spent 4 days cleaning and having carpet cleaned because it had not been done. Upon her return, she advised me that her co-worker agreed the property was NOT clean, asked me to write statement of this and she would give me credit for work I did and 4 days move in delay. I wrote statement and provided pictures, which she submitted to the cleaning company to avoid paying them. It worked for HER! Then she advised me that she was not going to credit me anything OR refund me for getting the carpet cleaned because the house was already clean. SHADY!!! They also use unprofessional people, their family members and friends, to make repairs. Instead of actually repairing things, they do temporary fixes. In addition, they pass the repair costs on to the tenants. They obviously think their job is to ONLY collect the rent. So, I am a renter AND I am responsible for the homeowner's repairs?

I contacted a woman named Na Nga Diep off of a MLS listing for a property. Upon reaching her, after several attempts, she was rude and short with me when I inquired about viewing the property. She told me that she couldn't show me the property because it was the New Year and that she would call me back after the Holiday to see the property. Surprise, no call back. When I contacted her again to see the property it was already off the market, surprisingly since she couldn't be bothered to show it. I am severely disgusted as the property was perfect for us. I will never use this company and strongly urge anyone dealing with them to avoid Na Nga Diep.
