Just go around is enough to see amazing firefighting equipment

Had a wonderful experience there today. My 4yr old was looking at the engines through the windows when Firefighter Todd invited him to come in and showed him around the entire station. Thank you so much. You really made his day.

I understand first hand how difficult it is to be a Portland firefighter. These well trained individuals stand in harms way every day they are working for the betterment of society. Their professionalism is fantastic! I salute define men and women of the Portland fire department

This fire house has a well rounded group of individuals with top of the line and well kept equipment. I had the pleasure of spending the day at Station1 and did a ride-a-long. I felt the friendly professionalism of this talented group of men and women while also feeling included in the day to day processes.

Had a chance to talk with the guys and gals of station one. Really nice people. Took a great photo and would like to send it on.
