Portland LX Limo

Recently booked a nice stretch limo with this company for 40th birthday party. And we were very impressed with service and vehicle that we got for our trip. Our driver Joe arrived on time and actually ahead of schedule. Throughout the whole trip he was very professional. Limo was very comfortable for our group. We enjoyed cruising around the city in style. We had everything we needed like ice, water and napkins. Limo was well stocked. Highly recommend this company if you need limo service in Portland area. Will be booking again.

Recently I was looking for a reliable car service to take me from my home in Lake Oswego to PDX. I make numerous trips back and forth so was looking for very punctual service to suit me. I came across LX Limo and decided to try their service. I must say they did not disappoint. I have made reservation online which was super easy to do. My driver, Sinclair, arrived a bit earlier than scheduled which was nice because I hate to be in a rush. He was very professional and sedan was very clean inside and out. On my return trip my flight got delayed and I was worried that I might have to catch cab home. When I called LX Limo they mentioned that they are aware that the flight is delayed and that they do monitor it. So I do not have to worry and that the driver will be there according to new arrival time. So I have to say that overall it was one of the best experiences I had with car service. Highly recommend them for any one that is traveling to Portland area.

I had very smooth experience with this limo company. We had wedding, and reserved white Chrysler limousine. Limo was very nice, clean, looked great, and we got lots of very pretty pictures with it in the background. Driver was friendly. Everything was as was planned. Good rate too for the service we got. Very happy customer.

Awesome service!!!!!!! For our bachelor party we booked Hummer stretch limo which when it arrived at our door step looked amazing!! We had a great time on our trip making stops all over the city. Limo was super clean and stocked with water, ice and everything else we needed for our trip such as cups and napkins. Driver was very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and all hotspots. I would recommend Lx Limo because of the quality service that we received and rates for rental were very competitive when compared. Will definitely be booking again when in town next time.

Buyer beware! If you are looking for professionalism, this might not be the company for you to work with. I work for a firm that hosts out of state clients constantly. We were looking for a professional service to drive a group of 18 to a nice dinner in Newberg. When on the phone with Andre, I requested a mini bus that can fit 18, Andre informed me that an 18 passenger wasn't available but that they could do a 24 passenger. I said that was fine because it was still a mini bus. aka not a limo and not something too big To my dismay, a giant 48 passenger coach bus showed up. The location of the dinner was in a rural private location that could not safely fit a coach bus, the whole reason we wanted a mini bus. I chatted with the driver, who I will admit was very kind, and was put in touch with who I assumed was the owner. The owner was less than accommodating and essentially told me tough love, do you want to cancel? After much back and fourth the driver of the bus not the owner who told me there was nothing they could do was able to get a friend, Paul, to drive a Sprinter van to us. The sprinter sadly arrived an hour after our original departure time and only fit 14, which caused everyone to be late and the rest of our group to have to drive themselves in a separate car. Fast forward to today, I called LX Limo to follow up on our less than stellar experience. Andre was very apologetic but informed me that he could do nothing, and I needed to talk to his manager. Low and behold, his manager is the same guy I spoke with who I assumed was the owner. And guess what? His costumer service skills had not improved in a day. I was essentially called a liar and told that their coach bus could have fit at the dinner location he didn't seem concerned that it could have been a safety issue?. I was also told that because I didn't specify the reason we wanted a mini bus, it was on us for the mistake. Not that they could have called and asked us if it was ok to send a larger vehicle. Nor that they caused us to be late. Nor that ultimately the sprinter was a downgrade. Just that it wasn't their fault. No apology. He acknowledged that we were upset and said that the next time we wanted service it'd be on them. The problem is that it'd require us getting service with them again, and unfortunately for them their owner's attitude doesn't make me assume it'd be a better experience.

I was pleasantly surprised with this company and their choice of vehicles, prompt service and They do work 24/7, believe it or not. I called them at midnight and reserve the car for 5:30 AM and the car was at my driveway - 15 minutes before the pick up time. Thank you very much for making this a stress-free. Will recommend this company, To anyone who is looking for a reliable service.

Everything was Wonderful! Driver 5 stars! Limo was amazing, 5 stars! Reservation was a bit cumbersome - no app on the phone, had to email back and forth, but not too bad, 4 stars. Overall we had fun - 10 stars! Very good time with no complaints. We will be using you guys again when we are back in town.

Simply the best limo service in Portland. Clean cars, professional drivers, realistic prices. Friendly operator guide me through the whole process of making a reservation, Give me a choices on vehicles and explain me the prices, Couple minutes and I Was good to go. Thank you very much will definitely call you next time I’m back in PDX.

Overall was received great service! Driver picked us up at the airport as agreed, waited for us for good 30 minutes, as our baggage got delayed. Finally got us home after unpleasant flight, car was good, looked newer. Good value overall!

Used it for prom. Limousine was large SUV with plenty of room for 16 kids. Driver was very courteous, called about 15 minutes earlier and let us know that he was outside. Opened the limousine door for kids and also provided me his cellphone number. Thru ought the night he was updating me with text messages in regards of stops that they made. Also limousine was stocked with water and juice. Great company.
