Portland Printer Place

I was sent here by Epson to get service for a 2 year old printer. Sent an email through their support form, after not hearing back for 5 days I decided to call. The tech was rude and does not speak fluent English. After repeating my needs multiple times I was told that they don't service my printer. If Epson is sending customers to you for printer service you would expect that service! definitely should not be a certified epson service center.

Great advice. They did not try to sell me on stuff I didn't need. I went in for a bad hp4100.mfp infuser, they showed me the options and felt solid about the information I received.

The people at Portland Printer Place are wonderful, they do excellent work at an excellent price. They were helpful and kind and brilliant at getting my broken scanner back up and running. I will definitely be back for all my printer and scanner repair needs. Plus they have the sweetest dog in their shop.

This has to be the best printer repair business in Portland! Darrell Schulden, their service technician, was incredibly helpful to me. In this day and age, when we fear we'll be taken advantage of...Darrell proved there are still some Honest people alive! He could have told me anything and made me pay a kings ransom to fix my printer. Instead...he showed me how to clean a part, that resolved the problem! How great, honest, and respectable is that !!! I recommend this business to anyone who has printer issues!

I can't speak to the quality of their repairs, but the quality of their customer service is excellent. Even though I just called to get a quote on repairs for a fax machine, the man I spoke with talked me through the problem to help me figure out a diagnosis before I actually took it anywhere, just so I could better evaluate the cost of repairs. We decided just to buy a new fax, but if you're considering using their services, please do. I've worked in IT for just a few years, but it was evident from our conversation that their staff provide courteous and competent assistance, even when they aren't doing surgery on sick faxes and printers.

The staff at Printer Place are service-oriented and it's great to do business with them. They're knowledgeable, courteous and I'm glad I purchased my printer from them. They're responsive and friendly.
