I took five rugs of various sizes and shapes to have them cleaned. I received a written quote at avgreat price. A week later I picked them. When I got them home and rolled them out we found them very clean and smelling great.

Mr. Ashby was prompt, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He arrived 5 minutes early and got right to work setting up the equipment: No fooling around! I was very pleased with the work. I had a couple of bad stains that I hadn't been able to remove despite several attempts. Nolan was able to get them out for me. My carpet is old so it doesn't look brand new but it's very close. I'm ecstatic.
