This is my second time hiring Moving Fellows. Absolutely out of this world company. Everyone was so helpful from start to finish. My movers today were Randall and Anthony. What a great pair! They were kind, fast, professional and helpful. If you're moving, put your mind at ease and chose moving fellows. Ask for Randall and Anthony!

Do not use moving fellows as a moving company. Not only did they breach their contract and destroy two of my personal property items in the process of moving. They illegally charged my credit card 2 times and with the first being on 11/30/2023 with an illegal small claim paper that was used to scam me for an additional 587$ but then on 1/21/2024 they tried to illegally charge my credit card for another 587$. I am in the process of suing them and have contacted the police. Breach of information and illegally charges without my authorization. Thankfully I have Bank of America.I would give them -5 stars if possible as their management is non existent and ran by artificial intelligence. I hope future people who need moving DO NOT USE THEM. They have illegally charged many other people as well if you research the 1 star reviews. They are SCAMMERS!

The process took much longer than anticipated the quote estimated 2-3 hours, the actual move was more like 6. Things were being brought into the new apartment one at a time and very slowly, so I ended up carrying quite a lot of it myself just to get it done in a timely manner. I don’t mind putting work in, but the point of hiring movers is so you don’t have to do so much of the lifting yourself. The people doing the actual move tried to help but now the company is trying to tack on additional charges after I already paid the invoice in full and are ignoring my calls and emails to dispute the charges. They won’t even explain why there would be an additional charge after everything had been calculated.
