The best massage I've ever had, by far! I'll never go anywhere else as long as I'm in Portland. My chronically tight shoulders finally loosened up and I can now notice when they are tensing up, and remind myself to relax them. Before seeing Lauren, they were basically always tense. I hope to go back as often as I can afford!
