I am very happy with the outcome of our new window coverings. Working with Dana, she showed a great design eye taking into consideration our decor. She was patient with us when we wanted to see so many options. When we decided style and accessories everything felt seamless. Communication was great. Installation was quick and clean. They were very concise in showing how the blinds integrate with our smart devices. I only wish I had more windows to have an excuse to work with them again.

I talked to several companies before selecting Portland Window Coverings to install custom shades throughout my house. From design consultation to installation, this company has the best professionals. Christine's interior design expertise was exactly what I needed to choose amongst dozens of colors, textures, styles and features. I love everything Christine recommended. She was spot on. My new shades are so high quality and really elevate the style in my home...and the process could not have been easier.

They were polite, responsive, timely, and educated on products that would work for our irregular windows. Dana took the time, and had the patience needed, to work with me through the selection process! She even helped me find a less expensive option when we went over our budget. I appreciated their attention to detail. I would most definitely hire them again should we decide to do the rest of our windows!

I don't know how often, if at all, that guys use the word "thrilled" to describe their happiness and excitement over the installation and appearance of blinds installed in their home. I am completely thrilled with my Hunter Douglas blinds that were installed this morning from Portland Window Coverings - Tigard Showroom. Joel, who installed them, called me about an hour before he was scheduled to arrive to say that he could be at my place in just twenty minutes. I welcomed him early, and watched as he efficiently and expertly installed the double-honeycomb blinds I had chosen. Joel is personable, friendly and completely dedicated to customer satisfaction. After installing the blinds, he discussed their operation and easy-care maintenance. I am just as impressed with their designer, Dana, who less than three weeks ago came to measure my windows and show me display books of actual honeycomb samples. She was very friendly and helpful in explaining the various options in the design/operation of the blinds, as well as the various honeycomb materials available and their cost. She was happy to let me take my time while I was deciding on the color and fabric material of the honeycomb. The end result is exquisite: perfectly-fitted blinds whose color complements the rooms they're in.

I am very happy with my choice of Hunter Douglas shades and their distributor Portland Window Coverings. Their designer Dana, was very knowledgeable, did not try to pressure me for the sale, and was a gem to work with. Carson did a great job in installing and was very helpful in answering all my questions. I will definitely use Portland Window Coverings again when I need additional window coverings.

Portland Window Coverings in Tigard gave us excellent service when we wanted to cover 17 windows with Hunter Douglas shades. Michele responded the next day to our inquiry and set up appointments for my husband to discuss the electronics with Joel who was very knowledgeable about the workings of the new bluetooth technology. Michele continued to coordinate the project and negotiated a price which was reasonable and competitive with other firms in addition to advising on colors, sizes and types of shades. The shades were completed much quicker than promised and installed on our schedule. Joel was so good to offer individual training on the remote controlled shades. We couldn't be happier.

Joel and Christine made what would have been a chore for me having to pick out blinds, a fun experience. They are geniuses at what they do. Their product is top-notch. They love their jobs, but more over, they love their clients! Out of five stars, I give them six!
