I don’t normally mail stuff. 1-2 times a year. This place had me in and out. Very convenient but it will cost you more than the USPS. You get what you pay for though. I’m definitely glad this PostNet was able to take care of me right away not like the USPS where I did two trips, waited in line and all to not have my package shipped. The lovely Madison helped me out. Friendly people here.

I hesitate to write complaints, but I felt compelled to share my experience. I hired them to print my wedding invitations, and while the young lady Jennifer showed me some lovely samples, the final product was far from what I expected. The color was wrong, and the quality was poor, resembling cardboard. Disappointed, I had to seek alternative printing services, which offered better quality at a lower price. Unfortunately, the African American lady who may be the owner lacked customer service skills, responding dryly and without apology. In contrast, Jennifer was professional and pleasant. I'm disappointed in the experience."

Great service, professional atmosphere. Will definitely utilize their services in the future. Madison was very polite, helpful and patient.

Walked into the store a few minutes before three. The postal service wanted me over four hundred to ship some car parts back. The two ladies named Wilma and Bria consolidated everything into one box and got it shipped for less than two hundred dollars.

Woman told me as she prints my label oh and we have a “SMALL fee to print” I say ok thinking ok 50 cents to a dollar max. I kid you not over $3. That’s ridiculous I know how much ink and paper costs and you own the business so just paying yourself a little extra. Will not be back nor would I recommend ESPECIALLY bc the shipment didn’t even get picked up for two whole days after I dropped it off. Would have gone to post office and used the QR FREE LABEL had I been properly informed that 1. We charge an absurd amount and 2. Your package won’t be accepted or picked up by usps for 48 hours. Pointless business with overpricing.

Love this place! Have used them and Wilson Rd for years! Everything from printing large drawings to logo designs to mailing and shipping, The Howards are phenomenal people that you just enjoy doing business with! No matter how big or small a job, their staff makes you feel like it's the only job they care about. Great service, great products, and wonderful people. No matter who you are dealing with, Renee, Jennifer, Wilma or Madison, they'll take care of you.

My morning started off wrong with a Wayfair item that needed to be shipped back. Didn’t have a box and got turned around and away at another location. Went to this location and the staff there was phenomenal. They helped me tape up a box and prepared it for shipment and boom I was done ! Wait got home and realized my wallet was in the box that had gotten shipped by FedEx. I immediately called Mrs Renee at the summer wood location and she was very helpful and outgoing, even called FedEx and got them to return the item to me this morning. Overall Mrs Renee and her the interaction I had with her at this location was great . If I have any more needs with shipping etc I will make this location my store of choice. Great service , professionalism and even going out the way at the end of a work day is what expressed me . Thanks EJ
