Pot o' Gold Bingo

This was the WORST experience ever! The front desk staff kept my ID to make a card and said would give back to me during intermission. She never did. The concessions had ONE employee taking, cooking and delivering orders therefore he was rarely there to take your order and if he was, it took way too long so you didn’t have time to wait since there wasn’t enough time between games and intermission was very short. They didn’t give enough time to daub odd/even game so that was a waste of money. I asked for 4 specials for each game I didn’t get at front desk and they neglected to tell me the last game combines the yellow and red/white/blue game therefore I had to play 8 cards which is nearly impossible. Another waste of money. The parking lot was VERY dark and hard to navigate thru, not to mention HUGE potholes that could damage your vehicles. And lastly, when I was leaving I went to front desk to get my ID and the front desk lady gave it back with a nice curve in it (almost bent). So then I asked where my Bingo card was and she rudely responds that she forgot and turned around and started ringing people in for the session. Save your time, money and vehicles well being and go ANYWHERE else!

This place is awesome! I love coming to play bingo! It's a nice place and friendly staff! And I feel like there prices on bingo are Good!

Bingo is fun pretty much anywhere. My boyfriend and I went for my birthday. This place was affordable for sure but really could use a make over...bathrooms were half out of order and smelled terrible. Lots of damage to the walls and stalls. Extremely lackluster lobby and facility overall. Professional callers and friendly helpful staff though for the most part. While waiting in line to purchase our packets in the lobby, a regular customer just walked up to the counter right in front of us not acknowledging that there was a line of new customers forming. The person behind the counter, previously distracted by a personal conversation with a couple older gentlemen, sold her additional packets with no concern for what had just happened. Not good customer service, but I suppose the regulars are more important than new customers. Not in any rush to go back any time soon.

Nice place to play bingo. Wish I won but really had fun. Would go back.

Always a great time. They have great special games and a really good snack bar. Super friendly staff. They offer paper packages and Machine play as well.
