Potbelly Sandwich Shop

I work around the area and sometimes the lines for the restaurants around get super long and busy but this potbelly is perfect, less crowds, they have seating arraignment and the food is to die for. Do not sleep on this potbelly- the food is real good and the milkshakes will have you gaining 20lb if you don’t control yourself it’s that good Ps. Get the original milkshake it’s the best!!! I forgot the two staff who were working today, but they work so well together!! I have never seen coworkers gel so well with each other that it shows in the way they treat their customers and the way they are happy and laughing. FYI if the person who did my order is reading this girl your aura is everything, keep that beautiful spirit.

First time ordering from this location and was very dissapointed. I ordered a chicken club with swiss and bacon on flat white bread. I received a different bread, lettuce and chicken all sloppy. What happened??Food: 1/5

The sandwiches are good so are the soups. They don't offer a million sandwich offering but what they offer they do well. Not a lot of vegetarian option.Food: 4/5

Please google allow negative stars for places such as this horrible one, The most not polite and very rude and unprofessional manager at all and crew how come she still working rather stays home to avoid harming and embarrassing customer while yelling at customers in front of a crude by giving herself excuses to do whatever she wants and capable, we asked the cashier if we ordering drinks do we need to stay in line or we can order it directly as we have been told last time not to stand in line for drinks only, after we paid that lady start yelling at us that we escaped the line and don’t stand here stay back and I will cancel your order and give you a refund, when we asked her why you yelling she replied because you yelled first and she even refused to tell her name and I’m a manger and I will give you your money back you don’t need my name

If you're looking for an alternative to the same old sandwich spots that are available, Potbelly wont be so different yet they have quickish service with great flavor, yet they are a bit lackluster in there condiment department.Food: 4/5

Sandwich was delicious but the customer service is very lacking. First time back In a few years. The first girl didn’t understand my question, so I had to look it up on the website. When I listed the topping I wanted she said order that from the next girl. So I did. And she said I should’ve ordered it from the first girl… going forward it I’m really in the mood for something here I’m just going to order online… which is always a risk since I have allergies, but I don’t want to be stressed when ordering my lunch.

Food is okay, but my mother went today and this young girl who is there to “help” was no help at all. My mother speaks basic English and it’s not hard to understand the word “Chocolate” when she asked for it. Even though there was not hot chocolate, there’s no need to be sarcastic and be rude. She felt discriminated and we definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

The shop and people are friendly and helpful. The sandwich was okay, bread is good and toasted but if you're cost conscious, it's way overpriced for little meat.

I love this place. I'd eat here every single day if they offered wraps. The hot peppers are so good. My go-to order its a wreck on thin cut multigrain with provolone, mayo, oil, hot peppers, lettuce, pickles. AND THEY HAVE ZAPP'S! Get the voodoo heat.
