My family really likes Potbelly. Good food, good prices.

Delicious! Service was a little slow and confused, despite us being the only two patrons in the store, but the food was fantastic as always!!!

I have recommended potbelly to all of my friends. We eat there very often or order delivery. The food is amazing and you get a lot of it for such a low price. If I could i would give 100 stars.

Great food, sandwiches toasted very well, and the tomato soup was great! Very family and kid friendly

20 minutes for two cars in the drive-through. Online orders are more important than an actual person PHYSICALLY waiting. Will not be back. Are used to enjoy this place in Minnesota before it even came to Omaha. Shame

This visit was much better than my first, which was a year ago. The sandwich was tasty and filling. Chicken was grilled and was not sliced but kinda shredded. Bread was nice.

Very slow service... Avacado they put on my sandy was old and nasty/black. Which wich is MUCH better

Always fresh prepared food items live their sandwiches.
