I went there with the intention of purchasing a nursery chair.  The guy at the front was very kind , but two employees were sitting in chairs.  They were bragging about how great the chairs were.  Why not get up and let me try them out?  My brother convinced me to walk away because he thought they were rude.  I found the employees aside from the one trying to help as very uninterested in making a sale.  Sadly, there are such few baby furniture stores in the area.

I had started my baby registry with Pottery Barn online and went to the store to add more things to the registry. HUGE mistake the staff is not interested in helping you. I was frustrated and left. The sad this is, this is not my first bad experience with location. I had to buy a few things for my friends registry's and I always left the store frustrated as hell. No one greets you when you walk in, no one comes over to see if you need any help or do they care if you got what you needed. Based on this I will be buying my items from my trusted Restoration Hardware. A little more pricey but so worth it.

I went in today to get a quilt for my daughter an the young lady that was attending me was very rude not PB standards at all didn't care at all about me as a customer. I was skeptical about going to this store beacuse of the low rating but it was the closest to me. Now I know why it has such low rating!!The guy that works there thats was attending another couple was very nice to look up in the pc and said they had 3 quilts in stock in the store and she took forever back there looking for it and came back empty handed  and  there was other customers who were waiting to  purchace and be attended and got tired and left she came back empty handed too I was so upset beacuse online it said the store had the quilt thanks to the very nice gentlemen that works there too he knows how to treat a client and has PB standards went to the back room again and found the quilt. I had to wait more than half hour but left with the quilt thanks to gentlemen that really wanted to help me unlike the first sales rep she forgets where her paycheck is coming from this store needs to get more people that has PB standards beacuse there loosing a lot of customers from what I saw im not ever going to visit this store again I don't even write reviews but I was so upset with how nasty that young lady treated me and for how long I waited I just had too I hope corporate reads this and do something about it beacuse this store could be doing so much better.

I went in to make my baby registry, they assisted me fine, took notes on what I wanted, a few big ticket items like crib, stroller and some sheets and few other things. The woman said she wud enter for me as I filled all the paper work out. I left. Went to William's Sonoma and tried to enter my email, the stores r linked for discounts. They cud not find it. So I went back to pottery barn kids to double check it was put in, was reassured can take 48 hours. A week later went to sign in and add items.. No account was made! I had to reenter everything, hoping was the correct information. Flet like a waste of time. Also, a customer who was shopping  for a stroller knew everything about it, features and all, vs. Other strollers.. the staff just stood by and added nothing. She knew so much more than their own staff. Sad considering their stuff is not cheap, u wud expect more from customer service.

Patty was such an incredible help. I walked in having no idea what I wanted for my new nursery and walked out having half of it purchased. She went above and beyond

I was ordered online seat for the kids after 10 minutes  I decide I don’t want it - I call then back in 10 minuets  to cancel order  Lady on the phone She say it’s cancel  by the time I don’t receive any email for cancellation order -  after like five hours later I called them back to verify if the order was canceled  guess what   wasn’t called -  Scam scam scam  they charge $10 for returns

The manager was very helpful with furniture pick-up.

Moderate and poor quality goods at boutique prices.

Always friendly and eager to help
