5 stars and well deserved! If you are looking to get in a good workout and still have fun while doing, THIS is the place to be! Antonio and his team are awesome and very tentative. The class sizes are just rightnot overcrowded and suitable for any age. Would definitely recommend!

Great gym. Came upon this place by accident and glad I did. It’s perfect for kids. Small class size & a great coach. Teaches fundamentals of boxing and makes it enjoyable to the kids. Good atmosphere with two rings, plenty of speed bags, & heavy bags. Good coaches and good facility.

Antonio is a great coach and motivator. He works well with all levels of fitness and boxing experience. My husband, daughter, and I joined a couple of weeks ago and love it. I highly recommend Antonio at Pound to Pound.
