Tried to self diagnose loss of power in outlets in my new home. Failed. I called to have an electrician come out. Lisa instead guided me through troubleshooting problems over the phone which led to an easy fix of replacing a bad outlet. She saved me a lot of money I would've been more than willing to pay to one of their Electricians. I will, without hesitation call this business again with any and all electrical problems when expert help will inevitably be required for future problems in my home.
Found this company on yelp and fist thing I did was read the reviews. Reviews were great and what really made me give them a try was the response time. I called left a message and received a call back shortly. Spoke to Lisa she was friendly and listened to all my needs. Lisa advised she would call back once someone was on the way. I received a call back in about an hour or so and advised her hubby would be by shortly. Long story short all my electrical needs were taken care of for a reasonable price. I called other places and was quoted 100s of dollars. I would most definitely use Power Systems Electric again. Glad good people still exist!!! Thank you again.
I spoke to Lisa who was extremely helpful and got me in touch with her husband Dan. After explaining my situation to him over the phone. He was able to tell me over the phone how to resolve my problem free of charge. I may not have had him come over but if I ever need any electric work I will definitely be calling them. Thanks for all your help.
it was my good fortune to be referred to Power Systems Electric. I worked with them for 5 years when I handled repairs for a management property company. They make themselves available anytime of the day, rain, shine and holidays. They put your safety first at all times. They go above and beyond to for their clients. i have know them now for 10 years and love them dearly. They have personally came to my mothers home which is an older mobile home. just recently one of the outlets was burning and they rushed over just in time. it would have caused the house to catch fire if they didn't react as fast as they did. Everyone at Power Systems is friendly, courteous, respectful, dependable, professional and HONEST!!!!!. Dan will take the time to explain exactly what the problem is how he will fix it. I trust them with my life!
Lisa from the beginning was so helpful over the phone, she kept me updated the whole time and was a joy to talk to. Dan was great also, he did great work. Just a wonderful experience all around. Would definitely recommend.
